Terms and Conditions
As an affiliate of TOKIT, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting TOKIT.
Your participation in the program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to TOKIT by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the TOKIT affilite program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your affiliate program application.

2. Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Commission in your account that is more than $50 will be paid every month before the 15th, which means you can receive the payment within 45 days after you generate a sale. For an affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 30 days.
It’s not allowed to self refer, or you will not receive the commission on your own account.
Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal. Please remember to add your PayPal when you sign up. You need to bear the transfer fee of each withdrawal.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed and haven’t been refunded within 7 days. Transactions that are canceled for any reason (canceled by the customer or automatically canceled by Shopify due to the high risk of fraud defined by the payment control system) and resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
If you can’t receive the payment due to incorrect payout information that you have provided or you haven’t completed your payout information, you will bear the consequence.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of the terms of this agreement, we reserve the right to withhold all future payments to you.
3. Termination
Your ambassador application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
Violation of intellectual property rights. TOKIT reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of TOKIT in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
Fraudulent transactions, suspected affiliate fraud.
PPC bidding on any platform without permission.
If the affilite terminates the agreement, no further commissions from TOKIT will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If affiliate marketing is defined as illegal in your region, we reserve the right to not pay for the commission for any sales.
In addition to the foregoing, TOKIT reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any violation of this Agreement or for no reason.
4. Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the TOKIT brand and marketing resources available in the affiliate section of the TOKIT application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified.
The affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of TOKIT and will never advertise TOKIT products directly. The affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with TOKIT.
The affiliate will never represent themselves, TOKIT or their relationship with TOKIT in a false or misleading way.
The affiliiate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing TOKIT.
5. Referral Links
Do not forget to add your referral link on your website, newsletter or any other social media sites. It’s important for conversion attribution.
Copy and paste the referral link from your Assets page onto your website, newsletter or any other social media sites. Your unique publisher ID is incorporated into the referral link which helps to track the conversion from the customer you brought in.
You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in Condition 4.
TOKIT Affiliate Program will provide the affiliate with specific referral links to link advertisements and other marketing content to tokitglobal.com. The program will track users who have visited these referral Links using cookies that expire after 30 days. Only users who make a purchase while the cookie is active will be considered referrals of the and recorded as such in the Dashboard.
The affiliate is not authorized to modify or alter the referral Links or the cookies in any way. The program is not responsible for any tracking or reporting errors that may result from any modifications to the referral Link or the cookies.
6. Coupons and Deal Sites
TOKIT occasionally offers coupons to select affiliate and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any ambassador who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
Ambassadors may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate is allowed.
Affilites may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set ambassador cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific saving by clicking on a clearly marked link, button or image for that particular coupon or deal, and you can’t insert any spyware, malware, and viruses to our website. Your link must send the visitor to the merchant site.
Users must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. “click here to see coupons and open a window to the merchant site” is NOT allowed).
The sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation, when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
7. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
8. Liability
TOKIT will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the program and/or the memberships or products sold by TOKIT. We make no claim that the operation of the program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
9. Terms of the Agreement
The terms of this Agreement begin upon your acceptance of the program and will end when your account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modifications to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any changes.
10. Indemnification
Affilite shall indemnify and hold harmless TOKIT and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by TOKIT to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of ambassador.
11. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.

TOKIT reserves the right to explain and update any point of the Terms & conditions.
